I don't want to teach on the topic of debt and then leave everyone hanging.  I believe a good teacher points out the problem and gives the solution.  Debt is definitely a problem and 5 Point is offering the solution.  Writing you a check is not the solution.  I encourage everyone that possibly can to attend this class.  The info above pretty much explains the five session class.  Joe Sangl (Finance Pastor of New Spring) will be leading the class.  Joe is passionate about helping others become debt free.  He truly is on a crusade.  I love Joe because he is helping others and he helped the Herman family personally.  I have met with Joe about our personal finances and it works.  Please, make plans to attend.

Saturday morning we'll have a continental style breakfast and some pizza Saturday during break.  This will be a humorous, Biblically based, relevant, informational class on finances. 

I heard someone say they didn't need help with their finances.  "It was easy, spend less than you make."  There is truth in this statement, but if that were the case, why is the majority of people in debt up to their eye balls?
