I want to introduce our newest part time staff member.  Travis Holmes.  Travis will be working 20 hours a week in developing home groups that change lives.  We've been talking to Travis the past couple weeks and I'm really excited about his creative way of thinking on how to get people involved. 

Travis comes very qualified for the job.  He was the Home Group Pastor at Cedar Creek for three years.  Cedar Creek was the church that trained church planters. Travis has also had experience in Pastoring.  He was the Pastor of New Hope in Seneca for 9 years.  Looks like he will be planting another church in Simpsonville some time soon.  But for the next few months (not sure how long, could be longer) he'll be hanging out at 5 Point.  Excited about his Creative thought process also.  Help in our creativity meetings.  When you see Travis this Sunday make sure you make him and his finance Kris and soon to be step son Grif feel very welcome.  You'll be hearing a lot more this Sunday.
