While at Promise Keepers last Friday and Saturday a survey was taken.  Everyone was told to get their phones out and text which problem (12 to choose from on big screen) ranked highest in their life.  Please remember this is at a mens function where the majority of men are Christians.  The number one answer, PORN!  The men in our churches are struggling in this area and we've got to do something about it.

I started to give you a bunch of statistics, but why?  You know the truth. 

If you've spent any time at 5 Point you know my heart is for men.  I desire to reach men for Jesus.  I have taken some slack from women about this but my heart aches for men.  Truth be told, the majority of women are pleased about this because they want their man in church.

So, we're in the process of starting a ministry to help men addicted to porn.  A place where they won't be looked down upon for coming but thought of as a hero for stepping up and admitting they have a problem.  A place where everything said and everybody attending will stay within the group.  A place where help is available.
