It felt good to be back at 5 Point yesterday.  I always miss teaching from our stage.  Another good day as we started "Conversations With Jesus."  Discussed Hades yesterday.  Some thoughts on yesterday:
* People gave their life to Jesus in both services.  Enough said about the day. 
* Taught from the floor on a grease board.  This was a first but felt it was very effective.
* Loved having all the donuts and guest services outside.  The foyer had so much more room.
* Attendance was down but it always is on Mothers and Fathers Day for us.  For some reason a lot of our people go to their Mothers church instead of bring them here.  Could it be the loud music and rowdy teacher?
* New stage design looked great.  Corey does a great job with this.
* Loved the Mom video and giving all our Moms a standing ovation.  They deserve it.
* Churched people made decisions yesterday.  That always jacks me up.
* This week will be one of the toughest messages I've ever done.  Be dealing with judgment.
* Someone asked Deb in the parking lot if people had a chance to accept Christ while in Hades?  Be answering that question this week.  Never fun to about people spending eternity in hell.
* Thank you Lord Jesus for the lives your changing through the ministries of 5 Point.

Some other thoughts:
* Really missed my Mom yesterday. 
* Went to Michelle"s and had grilled burgers.  Awesome time with family.
* Life group last night.  Love that bunch of people.
* Leave for Africa in three weeks.  Still need $900.  $3,100 out of the way.  Can't wait to see God do some incredible stuff.
* I don't think I have ever wanted to please Jesus more than I do right now.  He is really messing me up about some stuff.
* Tim and I will be at a one day work shop tomorrow in Georgia.  John Maxwell, Joe Sangle and Shauwn Love Joy are the speakers.

Talk about Jesus today.  You very well be the one thing that leads someone from an eternity in hell.
