One of the highlights of the year for me is our 5th annual lake baptism.  It will happen again this upcoming Saturday on the beatiful banks of Lake Keowee.  Please make plans to attend and enjoy the food, fellowship and time of worship.  Below you will find directions and all the info you need:

TIME
3:00 - 5:00 swim and fellowship.
5:00             dinner
6:00             baptism

WHAT TO BRING
Bring lawn chairs, dessert and drinks.  Hamburgers & chips will be provided by the church.

IF BEING BAPTIZED
Wear a modest bathing suit (we will provide "I got dunked" t-shirt)
Meet me at 5:40 on the bank where baptizing.  Look for me.  I'll be the big guy in the blue shirt as seen below.

DIRECTIONS

From Easley
Take Hwy 8 to Pickens.  Turn left onto hwy 183.  Go close to 7 miles to 4 way stop at Durham stors.  Turn right onto hwy 133 and go 3.2 miles.  Turn left onto Lakeside Drive at Creek Church Road.  Road ends at baptism location.

From Liberty
Take 93 to Summit Dr at Stop A Minit.  Turn right and pass Liberty High.  Bear left at fork in the road to stay on Liberty/Six Mile Hwy.  Continue until you come to red light in Six Mile.  turn right onto Mail Street.  Go 1/4 mile and bear left onto hwy 133.  Go around two miles to 4 way stop at Durhams market.  Go straight through 3.2 miles.  Turn left onto Lakeside Drive at Creek Church Road.  Road ends at baptism location.
