I 110% hate to see black skies on a Sunday morning. I know its just another excuse for people not to come. Garry asked me if I thought God was

March 14, "God help us please"
On Monday night I spoke to my Timothy group (10 men I'm pouring into) for almost three hours. Some awesome conversation about God, the Bible,
our personal lives and the moral condition of our country. Compared America to the Israelites and that America had better be careful.

March 13, Funded and Free
We are only 14 weeks away from getting into our new building. Just left and the place is full of construction workers. Just think with me, we'll have a parking lot, foyer space, room for more kids and chairs in the auditorium. I'm convinced we're going to see thousands of people come to know Christ because we'll actually have the facilities to do so.
But, this could have never happened without the services of InJoy. We interviewed several organizations before we started our capital campaign and really felt God wanted us with InJoy. Glad we listened. ...

Another AMAZING day at 5 Point. Some of my thoughts on the day:
* We are in the middle of our "The Heart" series. I know, real creative. But that's what I wanted to call it.
* Yesterday we discussed our mouths.
* After a lengthy introduction I asked our people how many cussed? I was shocked! 80% of our people raised their hands that they cuss.

March 7, Why are they talking about us?
Our staff does an excellent job of protecting me. I'm not talking physical protection but emotional. Ann opens all mail marked Dean Herman. I
seldom answer the phone. All my appointments are screened through Lawson and Ann. Why? Because they know my personality. They know how bad I hate people talking about 5 Point, our staff
and me, especially the lies.

March 5, Thoughts on Sunday
Some of my thoughts on different type Sunday:
* I was not at 5 Point Sunday morning. After 8 weeks of speaking I needed a Sunday off. Hope to only speak 45 Sundays this year.
* Found out Saturday evening that the Kid Zone was covered in mud. Pic below:
* Picture doesn't do justice of just how deep the mud is.
